Who are we and what gives us the right to say we can help? Our story is simple. We started off as a small family business, and then branched into real estate investing. It was while in the midst of a relatively successful Real Estate Investing venture that we fell upon hard times and were ourselves facing foreclosure. We tried to stay afloat for about a year before the reality of our situation hit us hard. We were way behind on our payments and things looked very grim. We even had yard sales and sold off any excess personal belongings in order make our payments.

Once we recovered, the hard lessons we learnt from these experiences over the last seven years, birthed in us a desire to help people who may be facing what we had to endure alone. Our hope and prayer was that someone would help us stop the foreclosure and our prayer was answered. Granted, it wasn’t quite how we expected, and we had hoped for more, but we were delivered from losing everything. We realize that we have a duty to help others and that is how ForeclosureStop.ca came about.

From humble beginnings we are now reaching out and helping people across Canada stop pending foreclosures on their properties.
